Equality in family law is a crucial part of equality across society, and reform of family laws and practices must be a global priority to advance gender equality.
In our Global Week of Action to mark the International Day of the Family, we are bringing allies, friends, women’s rights and human rights activists and advocates together to explore the domino effect of unequal family laws and how family law issues intersect with and cut across many areas of advocacy towards an equal and just world.
